Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mark Morgan has been in the restaurant industry since he was 12 years old.  Working at an authentic Italian restaurant, Mark developed his passion for cooking, motivating him to save money to study at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York.  Fresh out of CIA, Mark opened the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, a luxurious hotel where celebrities come to relax and play.  He spent the next several years perfecting his skills in Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C., before settling in Pasadena.  For 20 years, he was owner/operator of Windows on the Bay, where he hosted over 100 weddings a year.  Mark’s idea of the perfect meal is a big New York strip with a grilled lobster and a nice bottle of Italian red wine, shared on the deck with his family.

What Mark loves most about Two Rivers is being able to serve great quality food in a family atmosphere.  “On a Friday and Saturday night this kitchen goes 100 miles per hour. It’s insane! But watching our guests look at the steaks through the grill window and the kids facial expressions when they see the fire, is priceless!”  Mark appreciates all the love and support he has received from the community from Windows on the Bay to Two Rivers.  The gratitude he has for his guests is boundless.

Keith Thomas

Managing Partner

Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Keith has worked in restaurants for over 20 years.  His drive to help others and cater to people keeps him in the hospitality industry.  Meeting people from all different areas, and having the ability to coach and train them, brings him great joy. Keith is very proud of the fact that Two Rivers hires from within, and that most of our current managers started on day one as servers and hostesses.  This truly is a family and Keith will happily tell you that he has over 40 kids, and countless brothers and sisters, working side by side with him every day.  Keith would like to say thank you to the community for supporting Two Rivers in their success, and he hopes to keep your taste buds happy and your stomach full!
